The FIFA World Cup 2010 Schedule After the Second Round

On Monday 21st June 2010 all teams have played 2 games and the FIFA World Cup 2010 Schedule starts to be more defined. Teams such as Argentina, The Netherlands, Brazil and Chile won both games. The European Teams, such as France, Germany and Spain, considered among the strongest at  International level , have already lost one.  Italy and England are in an in between situation and Portugal made a come back with its 7-0 victory against North Korea.

It is known, that The Netherlands will play on 28th June 2010 in Durban against whoever places second in group F, ie. Paraguay, Italy, New Zealand or Slovakia. At this point nobody can predict what is going to happen.

There have been many surprises in the first part of the preliminaries in South Africa: France loosing against Mexico, Germany loosing against Serbia, Spain loosing against Switzerland. Ghana being first at the time being in group D.

The ticket sale has been ruled on a first come first served basis. The only place where to order the FIFA World Cup 2010 tickets is on the FIFA Ticketing Website, where you will be sure to get access to the matches once you have bought them. There might even be a parallel market, but it is not advisable to go for it, as you might be ending up spending a lot of money to watch the games you have bought tickets for on the TV in the parking lot of the stadium you were supposed to enter.

On the FIFA.com website you have to go to the "Ticketing" section, there you can find all necessary information. You can check out the news, but what really is interesting to click right away on "Buy Tickets" where you can log in if you are registered or if not you can register. Once you have bought your tickets you can check out where to collect them clicking on "Ticketing Collection Locations".

If you are not sure yet how much you can spend and what matches you want to go to you can check this information out on "Matches and Prices", there you will find Individual Match Tickets prices, Team Specific Tickets Prices,  Opening Match Premium. All prices are either in USD or Rands and one category is reserved to South African residents. Furthermore there are special prices for wheelchair holders.

If you have not yet made any arrangements for the FIFA World Cup 2010 tickets for the finals you better start early, even though at this stage you are unable to know if the team of your heart is going to make it through to that stage.
